Communities - Then vs Now
Heya! I've been thinking to myself about how the Internet has actually changed, and I've noticed something. Back then, everyone in a community actually felt like a part of that community, and communities were built on friendships, usually because of similar interests. However, in modern days, this isn't as much the case. Nowadays, communities usually have specific people, idols, who act as a much higher "rank" than everyone else. This isn't a really ethical system, and causes average people in the community to be disregarded if nobody knows them, rather than welcomed and only judged for who they are as a person, not how many followers they have. But, hey, what do I know? I didn't exist yet back then.
I think I'm starting a thing here with music recommendations, so have another:
Rely On (Ari "Metajoker" Noble)
I really like this song. I don't have any emotional connection, its just really nice, even though I still don't know what a "Zion" is.
